How that breaks down
- Hours a year spent moving data by hand
- 0
- What those hours cost you
- $0
- Software spend a year
- $0
- Of that, overlapping (at 15%)
- $0
- Total, per month
- $0
Nobody knows how much of their stack overlaps until it is counted.
So this is a guess, and it should be yours rather than ours. Move it to whatever feels honest for your operation. Counting it properly, tool by tool and seat by seat, is what the audit is for.
About those automations
You said parts of this are held together by scripts or trigger tools that break. That cost is not in the number above, because it does not show up as hours or subscriptions. It shows up as an order that went unnoticed, a customer who found out before you did, and somebody who no longer trusts the automation and checks it manually anyway. It is worth raising on the call, because it usually changes what gets built first.

Turn the estimate into a plan
The figure above is built on your estimates. The Systems Audit replaces the estimates with a count: every subscription, every manual handoff, and what each one is worth against your rates. You keep the one-page roadmap whether or not you go ahead. Every request is read personally, so you will hear from a person.

How this is calculated
- Hours a year = people × hours per week × 52.
- Cost of those hours = hours a year × the loaded hourly cost you entered.
- Overlapping software = monthly spend × 12 × the share you set on the slider, which is your estimate and stays adjustable because only a count settles it.
- Every figure comes from what you typed. We do not apply industry benchmarks, and we do not claim what an integration would recover. The audit is where that gets worked out properly.
